Curtain on curtain

During my six-week sojourn in Beijing in November 2007, I decided to have one of my Beijing photos from 2006 printed in an extra large format. I used the material that is used for the billboards and wall/facade coverings that are ubiquitous throughout Beijing.The idea was to use the print as a curtain in my home in Amsterdam. Although the fabric is not ideal because of it's stiffness, I am extremely happy with the result.
